Who better than free, multidisciplinary young creatives driven by strong values to imagine experiences that truly resonate? That’s the vision behind Zone Libre: to build a model where talented young creatives from all backgrounds and forward-thinking brands come together, connect, and co-create shared narratives that generate reciprocal value.

The Team

At Zone Libre, all our talents are Gen Z — selected for their personality, sensitivity, and creative skills. Not for their academic background. This allows us to break conventions, go further — and above all, create something more truthful.

Our 16 designers, storytellers, photographers, stylists, motion and 3D artists, filmmakers… don’t create to make things look “nice.” They create to tell stories and reveal what makes them unique: a culture, a lived experience, a sharp intuition about the world, an emotion rooted in their generation.

It’s a new kind of beauty. Stories that are more sincere, more vibrant — and far more emotionally powerful for brands.

Our Method

Zone Libre blends strategy, spontaneity and collaboration with brands. We listen, we frame, and then we let go. Each project activates talents selected for their raw vision, background, emotional sensitivity, and creative power. The idea? To spark the unexpected within a clear structure, using flexible formats like hackathons, design thinking, and experimental collaborations.

It’s a living, agile method — nothing is fixed, but everything is framed just enough to reveal what truly matters. A method that helps brands deeply (re)connect with their audiences — especially the younger ones.

The Founder

"MY BELIEF: In an age of over-communication, the only value that truly matters is the relationship — a sincere relationship that uplifts."

After 20 years advising major brands transformation in creative agencies and at Meta, Alexandre Hacpille founded ZONE LIBRE to reconnect brands with a new generation of creators. At the crossroads of marketing, sociology, and art, he envisions a unique creative model — freer, hyper-human, and deeply rooted in our times.
His core belief: creativity must once again become a force for truth, and build relationships that uplift.
